Coaching
Coaching is a process in which a specialist, known as a coach, helps an individual (the client) to achieve their goals, improve their skills, or overcome challenges. The goal of coaching is for the client to achieve better results, develop, and enhance their abilities. It is often related to personal development, professional advancement, or sports performance, but it can also cover many other areas of life.
In coaching, the coach does not give direct advice or solutions but uses techniques such as goal setting, asking questions, and active listening to help clients find their own answers and solutions. In this process, the client is the one who recognizes what they want to achieve, while the coach provides support and motivation.
Instead of giving advice and answers, the coach asks you questions so that you can find the answers for yourself.
Coaching is an inner journey. The coach supports you in finding the answers yourself. They fully believe in you and, therefore, use questions very carefully to explore your inner world, so you can become aware of and accept it.
