PEAT
What is PEAT?
PEAT (Primordial Energy Activation and Transformation) is an energetic and spiritual method that can be applied to anything that has an energetic charge. This method was designed by psychologist and psychotherapist Živorad Mihajlović Slavinski.
With PEAT, we can solve conflicts, long-standing problems and improve the quality of life. By removing the energy charge, we change the perception of the world and ourselves, we change our behavior.
A person who carries a strong charge is not able to solve that problem. He constantly thinks about it, talks about it, so that the problem becomes stronger, gains more importance. That’s why there is not much talk here. A specific treatment is done, in order to remove from the subconscious what burdens us and to solve a specific problem.
PEAT deals with the cause of the problem, not its consequences. It is a fast technique, because the treatment can last from ten minutes to an hour. The problem is usually solved through several therapies. Through this method, we change our past and throw out from the subconscious accumulated emotions that we have collected for years, even since childhood.
We apply PEAT to: fears, phobias, anxiety, stress, panic attacks, anger, sadness, depression, lack of motivation, self-confidence, insomnia, obesity, anorexia, jealousy, trauma, obsessive-compulsive behavior, flaws, weaknesses, relationship problems. PEAT is also excellent in solving acute pain (most often headache, toothache, but also any other acute pain).
PEAT works through 4 elements: image, thought, emotion and bodily sensation (where in the body we feel) and through 3 or 6 acupressure points on the eyes, which we gently stimulate with our fingers. Faced with a problem, we expel it from our subconscious through breathing. Once you remove the charge from that person or situation, you will never have a problem with them again. You will become indifferent. You will no longer pay attention to that person or situation and what they say and do or happen, which bothered you before, or all of that will disappear from your energy spectrum. Who is creator of PEAT?
Živorad Mihajlović Slavinski is a psychologist and creator of the PEAT method , which is a therapeutic approach that combines elements of psychology, art and energy work. The PEAT method was developed to help people recognize and resolve emotional blockages, traumas and inner conflicts.
Slavinski was deeply interested in a deeper understanding of the human psyche and self-knowledge. PEAT is based on the idea that people can transform their negative emotional states and energetic blockages through specific techniques that include introspection, creativity and energetic practices. The method is used to help people release inner tensions and achieve emotional balance.
This therapeutic technique was very innovative and gained worldwide attention. Especially among those who are looking for alternative ways to solve psychological problems and personal blockages.
His thinking was focused on the transformation of emotional problems and blockages. He believed that many of our psychological problems are related to unconscious energy blockages. The PEAT method, which he developed, is based on action with the unconscious, emotions and energy center, with the aim of achieving emotional release and inner balance.
